A seasoned veteran of both good and bad real estate cycles, Mantiola Jordan has experienced many more successes than losses.  Ironically, it was his biggest real estate “mistake” that inspired him to create a system for reducing the risk associated with the evaluating, purchasing, renting, and managing residential and commercial properties.

In 2002, I decided to leverage my experience and couple it with residential real estate licenses in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. I currently lead a team of experienced buyer and listing specialists leveraging cutting edge technology to streamline residential real estate transactions while providing exceptional service to our clients. In addition to holding associate broker licenses in MD and DC I also have a host of real estate designations and certifications that aid the level of service we provide our clients.
